Couillard, Zachary G. "Zach" Born into Eternal Life on May 5, 2013 at the age of 22. Loving son of Margaret "Peggy" Couillard (nee Konkel) and Gerald "Jerry" (Aileen) Couillard. Loving brother of Erica (Bryan) Dombrowski, Ami (Dan) Jackson and Nicholas. Dear uncle of Drake. Cherished grandson of Gloria (Ronald) Konkel and the late Aaron G. (Mary) Couillard and Kathy Mewhorter. Further survived by other relatives and many friends. Memorial visitation will be held at the Funeral Home Friday May 10, 2013 from 4:00-7:00PM. Memorial services at 7:00 PM. Private interment. Zach was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
