Wendorf, William E. Of St. Francis, died peacefully at home on Saturday, March 8, 2014, age 82 years. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Werderitsch) for 59 years. Loving dad of Scott (Karen) Wendorf, Michele Johnston, Leslie (Paul) Pace, Tracey (Tom Van de Casteele) Stern and the late Todd Wendorf. Proud "Papa" of Leighann (David) Graber, Andrew (Mallory Mixdorf) Stokely, Paul (Kirsten) Pace, Margaret (Joseph) Harrison, Sarah Pace and Elizabeth Pace. Proud "great-Papa" of Tyler, Kaitlyn, Johnathan and Elaina Graber; Levi and Jude Harrison; Jane and Nora Pace. Dear brother of Sue (Jon) Perry and the late Richard Wendorf. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Bill was a retiree of Cutler-Hammer (Eaton Corp.) after 36 years of service and was a United States Navy veteran. He loved to bowl, golf and play dartball. For many years, Bill was a scout leader in St. Francis.
