After a long struggle with cancer died on Mon., Dec. 16, 2002, age 53 years. Loving father of Matthew and Adam. Former husband of Elaine (nee Sanger) Kneisler. Dear son of Flora (nee MacLean) and the late Willard. Brother of Thomas Kneisler and the late Ann Troka. Further survived by his nephews; Michael Troka and Andrew Kneisler and their families, other family and friends. Memorial visitation at the Funeral Home THUR. 5-7 PM. VFW service at 7 PM by Collins-Meyer Post No. 2903. Bill proudly served and was a highly decorated veteran serving in the U.S. Navy for over 26 years, retiring as Senior Chief. Bill also worked at Johnson Controls for 25 years and most recently was employed with the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Racine Facility. The family wishes to thank the staffs at V.N.A. Hospice, Dr. Marjorie Howard's office, the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic, and special family friends Deb and Nancy, for their loving and compassionate care for Bill.
