Bill was a retiree of the Milwaukee Police Department after 44 years of service, veteran of the U.S. Naval Service, a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award of the Milwaukee County Boy Scout Council, former scoutmaster of Troop 540 and charter member of St. Charles Borromeo Church.
