William R. Bissell Jr. "Bill" Born to Eternal Life on Thursday, November 12, 2020. Age 53 years. Beloved husband for 12 years of Rochell. Loving dad of Liam Bissell. Dear son of William (Barbara) Bissell Sr. and Crystal Bissell. Treasured brother of Kary (Ted) Marsh. Adored son-in-law of Michael and Jean Ryan. Dear brother-in-law of John (Heather) Ryan, Raymond Ryan, Julie Ryan and Dawn Jacks. Proud uncle of Quinton Ryan, Samantha Ryan and Beverly Jacks. Further survived by other family members and friends. Born and raised in San Antonio, TX, Bill proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He moved to Milwaukee in 2005 and married Rochell in 2008. Bill had a varied career in sales. He was a faithful member and active volunteer at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Bill had a kind heart and was known to generously help others in need especially when he thought no one was watching. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
