Found peace on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Brenda for 57 years. Loving father of Elizabeth and Brian (fianc Laura Milan). Fond brother-in-law of Mary Maley. Brother of the late Lois Beaver. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Bill was a graduate of Pulaski High School and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He taught vocal music and trombone with Milwaukee Public Schools for over 36 years. He proudly served in the US Army from 1955-1957, first in the 82nd Airbourne Division at Fort Bragg, NC. and subsequently in the 84th Army Band in Fulda, Germany. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Monday, November 21, 2016 from 10-12PM. Funeral service at 12Noon, followed by military honors. Private inurnment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Our deep gratitude for the extraordinary care given Bill by the medical and nursing staffs of Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, notably Dr. Parent and Nancy.
