Bill was a recognizable maverick in his neighborhood, where he lived for decades. He chose the lifestyle he lived and worked hard to be true to himself. Bill was a kind soul and had a big heart. He enjoyed the outdoors and had many hobbies and interests. Bill was an Army Veteran and City of Milwaukee retiree. Preceded in death by his parents and four younger siblings.
