Obituary

Went to join his beloved wife, Lois (nee Strehlow), on Friday, October 22, 2010, age 86 years. Loving father of Bonnie (Paul) Wobbe, Scott (Penny), Todd (Darcy), Kevin (Lisa), Brian, Lisa (Victor) Burgos and Tammi (Jerry) Phillips. Dear brother of Dale (Sandra) Phillips. Brother-in-law of LaVerne (the late Al) Bajorek. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, nieces, other family and friends. Wes was a member of Oak Creek Assembly of God, a retiree of Kreupke Truck Lines, former employee of the Allen Bradley Company and member of Teamsters Local No. 200. He was a U.S. Army veteran during World War II, received the Bronze Star, belonged to the Charles E. Fidler Post No. 9649, VFW, the military order of the Cooties- Pup Tent No. 7 and the Red Arrow Division. Wes, along with his wife, Lois, spent many years involved in the Burdick School Music Parents and PTA. Also they were active in the Lake Band and Bay View High School Parents groups. Visitation at the Funeral Home Friday, October 29, 2010, 4:00-7:00 PM. Funeral Service at 7 PM. Private entombment and military honors at Forest Home Cemetery.
