Beloved brother of Abbie Lee Harvey, Thomas Pearson, Woodrow Pearson, Clamas (Essie) Pearson, Jennette (CJ) Harris, Mexie (Catherine) Pearson, James Pearson, Louise (Vert) McGrew, Elmer Pearson, Annie Ruth (Hurbert) Hunter and Samuel (Deborah) Pearson. Dear brother-in-law of Daniel (Suzanne) Berta. Special relatives, Edna Gordon and Uncle Samuel "Shang" Washington. Life-long friend of Amos Taylor. Preceded in death by his sisters, Annette Reid and Lorene Allen. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Born in Melvin, AL. Waymon spent much of his life in Flint, MI before settling in Milwaukee. He worked his entire life in the corrugated industry where he held every position over the years from box maker to plant manager. He loved his work and appreciated his caring colleagues at Packaging Corporation of America. Waymon was known as a friendly and kind person to his neighbors at the Porticos of Fox Point. He loved fishing the lakes of Wisconsin and Canada, enjoyed cooking southern soul food and was renowned as a barbeque "Master." He will be sadly missed by all, including his best buddy, his dog "Bubba." Memorial Service at the Funeral Home THURS at 6PM. Family and friends will visit from 4:30 PM until the time of services.
