Virginia Fleming Fleming, Virginia March 25, 1911 - February 18, 2007. Virginia was born in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to St. Petersburg, FL in 1977 after her retirement. She came to Milwaukee, WI in 1997 and lived with her niece, Virginia Savin. They traveled together to Europe and India as well as in the US. She served faithfully as deacon and clerk of session at the Northeast Presbyterian Church, St. Petersburg, FL and was a member of the Wauwatosa Presbyterian Church, Wauwatosa, WI where she took many photos of church activities and participated in the youth program. Her career was as executive secretary at the Pittsburgh Sun-Telegraph and later at American Wagner-Biro in Pittsburgh. Her hobby of photography continued throughout her life and gave great pleasure to those around her. She is at rest after a long journey and many years of loving contributions to family and community. She will be remembered for her quiet demeanor and gentle patience. She is survived by her nieces Virginia Savin, Milwaukee, WI and Martha James, Yuma, AZ and by great-nephews, Jacob Savin, Woodinville, WA, Peter Savin, Olympia, WA and Jonathon Bredin, Colorado Springs, CO. Memorial service will be held at Wauwatosa Presbyterian Church, 2366 N. 80th St., Wauwatosa, WI 53213 at a date to be announced.
