Was born on September 29, 1920 in Riga, Latvia and died peacefully on Saturday, November 13, 2010, age 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Doris Petersons. Loving father of Maija Petersons, Tims (Heather) Petersons. Cherished grandfather of Lisa (Stacy), Cassandra, Tanya, Lanre, Marcos, Camille, Keiveana and Jasmine. Treasured great-grandfather of Shania. Preceded in death by his brother Janis and Alfreds Petersons and sister Elsa Kasak. Further survived by other family members and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home, WEDNESDAY November 17, 2010 from 3-6 PM. Funeral services at 6 PM. Interment Thursday 9 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery, 614 E. Howard Ave. (Please meet at the cemetery entrance at 8:45 PM). Vilhelms was a longtime and active member of Latvian Ev. Lutheran Holy Trinity Church and the Latvian House of Milwaukee.
