Vicenta "Carmen" Arzuaga Saez, age 78, loving mother of three, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2022. She was born on April 5th, 1944, in Puerto Rico.

She will be greatly missed by her three kids; her son Mario and daughters Madeline and Janet.

From her son, "Our mom spent the last two years battling dementia, which not only took a toll on her physically but emotionally. Having your mother not recognizing you or know who she is talking to is devastating and there are no words that can explain the helplessness one feels".

From her kids, "Mom, we know that we cannot have you, but know that God is pleased to have one of His kind and generous Angels back in His arms, where you belong. Goodbye to our beautiful mother, may you rest in eternal peace. We Love You, until we meet again in Glory."

Per our mother's wishes we will not be having a funeral service or celebration of life.
