Valerie Antoinette Winkler (nee Multhauf) passed away peacefully at VITAS Inpatient Hospice in West Allis, Wisconsin, on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. She was 82.
Born in Milwaukee on March 2, 1940, to Raymond Multhauf and Valerie Patricia "Pat" Rouleau, Valerie Winkler is preceded in death by her parents and her beloved brother, David Multhauf. She is survived by her sons, Stephen Pradarelli (wife Harriet) of Iowa City, Iowa, David Pradarelli of Greendale, Wisconsin, and John Pradarelli (partner Pam) of Cudahy, Wisconsin; her brothers Kenneth Multhauf of Bangkok, Thailand, and Michael Multhauf (and wife Connie), of Racine, Wisconsin; six grandchildren: Emma Pradarelli of Iowa City, Iowa; Alex Pradarelli of Portland, Oregon; Matthew Pradarelli of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Joshua Pradarelli of Cudahy, Wisconsin; Morgan Pradarelli and Tristan Pradarelli, both of Milwaukee; and her sweet, flat-coated retriever, Kate.
The family wishes to thank the staff of VITAS for the tender care they gave Valerie during her last week of life, and Prasser Kleczka Funeral Home for helping with arrangements for her memorial service.
Visitation will take place between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. noon Monday, March 14, at the Prasser Kleczka Bay View Chapel, 3275 South Howell Avenue, followed by a brief memorial service.
