Family & friends meant a lot to Tom. He never missed sending a card for birthdays and enjoyed holiday gatherings & summer picnics.
everyone that knew him well, knew that despite his tough guy exterior, he had a huge heart of gold for everyone he met.
In his final years he struggled with a lot of health issues and was cared for by many people in multiple care facilities & hospitals. As difficult as it was for him to admit he needed help, his kind spirit quickly endeared him to many of his caregivers.
Special thanks to the staff of St. Luke's Hospital MRICU and Franciscan Gardens assisted living for their compassionate care in his final chapter of life.
