IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Thomas J.
Koszuta
April 22, 1961 – March 25, 2025
Thomas J. Koszuta passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, leaving behind a lifetime of laughter, love, and unforgettable memories. He was known for his boundless joy, his ever-present smile, and his gift for telling the best (and sometimes corniest) dad jokes.
Thomas had a deep love for riding buses, finding adventure in every trip and delighting in the simple pleasure of the journey. Music was another great passion of his-he loved drumming and could always find joy in a good beat. Whether tapping along to a favorite song or simply sharing his love for music with others, it was a big part of who he was. His infectious laughter and kind spirit brightened the lives of everyone who knew him.
Tom was a "city" guy at heart, but later in life, he moved up to the country where he came to love watching all the wildlife, campfires, porch sitting, and just relaxing. In his later years, he moved into The Pines, a skilled nursing facility, where he made many wonderful friends and enjoyed countless moments of fun and laughter.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents Sylvester Koszuta (father) Rita Koszuta (mother) and is survived by his three devoted sisters and brother in laws; Sandy & Cliff Kowalski, Sharon & Dan Studer, Lynn Koszuta & Allan Schubert, as well as his nephews and nieces; Jason & Tracy Kowalski, John & Stephanie Bosco (Great niece and nephew Alyssa & Johnny) Lisa & Jim Kopplin (Great niece Madison) and many friends who cherished his warmth and humor.
Thomas will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His spirit of joy and kindness will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
