Passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 27, 2018, age 58 years. Cherished husband for 37 years of Michele (nee Schneeberg). Loving dad of Amy Kelly and the late Jacob Kelly. Dear father-in-law of Jessica Kelly. Preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mary Kelly. Dearest brother of Pat (fiance-Sue) Kelly. Fond son-in-law of the late Sharon and the late Walter Schneeberg. Beloved brother-in-law of Marilyn Schneeberg and Sherry (Juan Garza) Schneeberg. Also survived by other family and friends. Tom was recently retired from the City of Cudahy-Department of Public Works. He was a member of the Southside Sportsmens Club and an avid fisherman. Tom was an all-around great person and was always willing to lend a helping hand with any home project. He always put his family first and will be deeply missed by many.
