Passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the age of 76. Loving husband of Carole (nee Albrecht) Hoover for 47 years. Brother-in-law of Bonnie Albrecht (Joanne Nelson), John (Joann) Albrecht. Cherished uncle of Tracy, Ben and Lydia Albrecht. Dear nephew of Connie Polski. Cherished dad of his fur baby Buck. Further survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends. Tom was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of the Oakwood Men's Golf Club and the Fox Valley Retriever Club.
