Tom was peacefully reunited with his father James Esser on Monday, May 14, 2018 at the age of 65. Loving husband of 42 years to Linda (nee Fisher). Beloved dad of Michael (Sarah Barwacz) Esser. Dear brother of Wayne (Linda) Esser and Karen (Oliver) Zimmerman. Cherished son of Joan Esser. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home SATURDAY, May 19, 2018 from 9:00AM-11:00AM. Funeral Service at 11:00AM. A private family burial will take place to follow. Tom was a Senior Chief Petti Officer (retired) of the United States Navy serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He loved the camaraderie with his fellow Chiefs. Tom also retired from Columbia St. Marys Hospital as a Biomedical Engineer. He enjoyed golfing, having a beer with friends, bird watching, working on his house projects and most importantly spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed.
