Found Eternal Peace on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at the age of 80. Thomas was born on December 28, 1943, to the late Edward and Mary Chudzinski. Thomas was drafted into the United States Army in 1965 where he proudly served as part of B Battery, 1 st Bn, 20th Artillery at Fort Lewis, Washington. Thomas went onto have a successful career with Sears and was a co-owner, along with his wife Kathy, of Nord Video Outlet, the longest independent video store in the City of Milwaukee.

Beloved husband for 52 years to the late Kathy A. Chudzinski. Cherished dad of Michelle Baake, Steven (Scott), and Joey (Toni). Devoted Grandpa "Papa" to Taylor (Grace), Marielle and Nicolas Jr. and Great Grandfather to Kamryn and Nolan. Dear Brother to Patricia (Ronald) and late sisters Ann Marie and Candace (David). Beloved friend of Mary Ann Roth. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
