(nee Cherek) Passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 13, 2006, age 89 years and joined her beloved husband, Phillip; her parents, Joseph and Frances and 9 brothers and sisters. Loving sister to Joseph (Ethel) Cherek. Sister-in-law of Florence Cherek and Violet Cherek. She is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. Visitation FRI, Aug. 18, 9:30-11:15 AM at ST. JAMES CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7219 So. 27th St., Franklin. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. Entombment Arlington Park Cemetery. Theresa, along with her husband Phil, owned and operated Phil and Theresa's Tavern on Milwaukee's East Side for many years.
