Theresa D. Brunke

(Nee Perez) Born to Eternal Life on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Age 95 years. Beloved wife of the late McLain "Mickey" Brunke. Loving mom of Michael Brunke (Nancy Lappi). Cherished "Dada" of Michael, Matthew, Michaela and Alex Brunke. Dear great grandmother of Sam and Max. Theresa is preceded in death by and was the adored sister of the late Consuelo "Chelo" (the late Juan) Valdes, the late Socorro "Todo" (the late Nick) Moraza and the late Ronald "Noone" (the late Shirley) Perez. She is also preceded in death by her parents Rafael and Guadalupe as well as Mickey's siblings and their spouses. Theresa is further survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Theresa was born in Milwaukee and was raised in Bay View. She was a graduate of Bay View High School class of 1949. She worked for 28 years at St. Luke's Hospital in the Physical Therapy. Throughout her life Theresa enjoyed crocheting, needle pointing, quilting and sewing. Theresa will be remembered for being a strong-willed woman. She was fashionable, precise and an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers.

Visitation Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from 9-11 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3100 W. Parnell Ave. Milwaukee. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Arlington Park Cemetery.
