Thompson, Terry L. Found peace after a long illness on Thursday, September 11, 2014. Age 60 years. Husband of Susan (nee Ciepluch). Father of Heather (Jesse) Warner, Israel (Meredith), Titus (Kathryn), Mara, Noah, and Tess. Grandfather of Kaela, Allison and Joshua Warner, Melissa, Samuel Thompson and Margaret Thompson. Brother of Sharron (the late Robert) Ilovsek, Shirley (Ben) Alsteen and Susan (the late Donald Schultz) Dimmick. Brother in law of Barbara (John) Hansen, David (Anne) Ciepluch and Mary Jean (Keith) Stein. Preceded in death by his parents Joris and Clarion (nee Gagner) and his sister Sherryl Thompson. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Terry was a graduate of Don Bosco high school and UW Milwaukee. He proudly served in the US Army and was a contributor to the VA. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America, an Avid Hunter and certified Hunter Education Instructor and was employed by the City of Milwaukee until his retirement. He also volunteered with numerous religious organizations. Visitation on TUESDAY September 16, 2014 at the Funeral Home from 4-7 PM. Prayer Service at 7 PM.
