Obituary

Passed away November 19, 2007 at the Rocky Mountain Care Center. In Clearfield, Utah. Sylvia was born August 26th, 1917 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to John and Blanch Sucharski. She married the ''Love Of Her Life'' Stanley Madaj in 1937 in Milwaukee. Stanley passed away in 1979. Sylvia was a homemaker and she enjoyed crocheting, sewing and cooking Polish food. Sylvia is surrounded by children Stanley (Donna) Madaj of Syracuse, Utah, Mary Ann (Dennis) Maslowski, Milwaukee, Wis. Grandchildren, Stanley (Butch) Madaj, Spokane, Washington and Patricia Madaj, Salt Lake City, Ut. Craig and (Virginia) Maslowski, Jeanine (Mike) Gruszkowski Milwaukee, Wis. Great Grandchildren, Benjamin Madaj and Nicholas Maslowski. Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents and six brothers and sisters. A Special Thank You to Rocky Mountain Care Center and Hospice of Clearfield and their care givers (Angels). Visitation FRIDAY, November 23, 2007 from 9:30 AM – 11 AM at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CHURCH, 3222 S. 29ht St. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Entombment Forest Home Cemetery.
