Suzanne Faye (Horvath) Heiderich, 86, of Choctaw, Oklahoma, passed away on May 5, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born on September 25, 1939, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Emil and Vivian Horvath. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Robert Horvath.

Sue graduated from West Allis Central High School in 1957 and earned her RN from the Milwaukee School of Nursing in 1960. She married Richard Heiderich in 1959, beginning a life of partnership and travel as an Air Force wife. Their assignments took them to Florida, Washington, Washington, D.C., Okinawa Japan, Spangdahlem Germany, and ten cherished years in Hawaii where she also managed a Real Estate office in Kailua . She and Richard transferred to Oklahoma with The Boeing Company in 1994, where they settled and spent the last 32 years.

At the center of Sue's life was her Christian faith, which guided her decisions, grounded her family, and shaped the way she cared for others. She loved reading, gardening, and investing in the stock market. She was the steady foundation of her family and encouraged her daughters to pursue anything they set their minds to.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Richard; daughters Kelly, Kim, and Kristin together with their husbands Alan, Greg, and Ian; as well as her grandchildren Parker, Lindsey, and Zachary.

Visitation will be held at 12:00pm on Thursday, May 14 with services following at 1:00pm at Prasser Kleczka Funeral Home, 6080 South 27th Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She will be laid to rest in Arlington Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at ALZ.org.
