Passed away suddenly while doing what he loved to do, golfing, on Sunday, October 21, 2018, age 53 years. He was the truly amazing husband to Beth (nee Oleniczak) and the irreplaceable love of her life. The worlds greatest dad to Sam and Piper. Beloved son of Bill (Linda) Haise and Carol Monfort. Dearest brother of Peter (Susan) Haise and Chris (Emily) Haise. Wonderful son-in-law of Robert (the late Roberta) Oleniczak. Dearest brother-in-law of Susan Olen, the late Margaret Oleniczak, Robert (Raquel) Oleniczak and Steven Oleniczak. Awesome and fun-loving uncle to Lauren, Becca, Jordan and Maya.
