Duchniak, Stefan Born to Eternal Life on Sunday, August 11, 2013. Age 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Genowefa "Genny" Duchniak. Loving father of Stephen (Rose Marie) Duchniak, Barbara (Briane) Coulter and Richard (Sharon) Duchniak. Cherished grandfather of Debra (Greg) Mochalski, Jeanette (James) Dvorak, Daniel (Jill) Duchniak, Michelle (Scott) Kandziora, Brannon (Shannon) and Brenda Coulter, Kaitlyn and Hailey Duchniak. Treasured great-grandfather of Abigail, Austin, Joshua, Justin, Rose, Madelyn, Alexia, Mckenna, Brittney, Riley, Ella and Josie. Dear brother of Helen Klozel. Also survived by many friends and relatives in Poland.
Visitation FRIDAY August. 16, 2013 at ST. ALPHONSUS CHURCH, 6060 W. Loomis Rd. Greendale from 2-4 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at 4 PM. Private entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
Stefan was a retiree of the United States Postal Service. He was also a successful owner and mechanic at the Sinclair Service Station on S. 11th & W. Windlake Ave. and the Standard Service Station on S. 13th & W. Oklahoma Ave. He was a former member of the Polish National Alliance and the Polish American Club. Throughout his life, Stefan enjoyed fishing the lakes of Wisconsin and Lake Michigan but most importantly he enjoyed his family, especially his grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Oak Creek Community Center.
