Born to eternal life on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, age 87 years. Preceded in death by her parents Ben and Mary Berkowski, her brothers Teddy and Conrad Berkowski and her sister Darlene Zarek. Loving sister-in-law and dear friend of Rosemary Berkowski and Gene (Marianne) Zarek. Cherished aunt of Robert Zarek, Marykaye (Dan) Blott, James (Donna) Zarek, Paul (Joan) Zarek, Annmarie Weimer, Charles (Melody) Berkowski and David (Judith) Berkowski. Also survived by great-nieces, nephews, other family and many dear friends. Visitation MON 9-10:45 AM at SACRED HEART OF JESUS CHURCH, 3635 So. Kinnickinnic Ave. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment and Military Honors at St. Adalbert Cemetery. Berky, as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, proudly served as a nurse during W.W. II in Europe.
