Senior Master Sergeant Kellogg began his military career in the US Army Air Corps. serving in World War II. Upon his discharge he joined the Wisconsin Air National Guard until his retirement. He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 189 F&AM, the Lake Shore Shrine Club, the Scottish Rite Bodies and Tripoli Temple.
