IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sigmund Stanley
Romaszewski
May 8, 1943 – December 8, 2025
Sigmund "Siggy" Romaszewski was born to Eternal Life on December 8, 2025. He passed away unexpectedly at the age of 82. Siggy is survived by Diana Romaszewski, his beloved wife and best friend of 52 years. He is the cherished father of Michael (Kristie) and adoring grandpa and best friend of his "Little Chef" Sophia and his "Buddy" Andrew.
Siggy and Diana fell in love in 1972 and have lived for each other ever since. Theirs was a match made in heaven. Through life's ups and downs they have always relied on one another and their love was unwavering. "Thank you, Honey, for a lifetime of love, laughter, and memories! I will always love you!"
Siggy's life was guided by his faith and he was dedicated to his family. He was the best father, friend, and role model a kid could ever have. "Thank you for everything Dad - we love you so much! We will forever hold onto memories with you in our hearts."
One of Siggy's greatest joys in life was spending time with his grandchildren. He always touted their accomplishments to everyone he met. Grampy eagerly anticipated what his Little Chef was baking up next, and enjoyed spending precious afternoons painting with her. He loved playing videogames with his Buddy, and watching him compete in his robot competitions every year. "We love you forever, Grandpa, and we will continue to always make you proud!"
Siggy's interests included his canaries, rose gardening, his Coca Cola memorabilia, telling stories, talking about his grandchildren, and his large collection of clocks. Siggy retired from Aldrich Chemical Company in 2005.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Helen Romaszewski, and brothers Raymond (Frances) and John (Anna). He is further survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
