Riegner, Shirley E. (nee Barnard) Thursday, March 3, 2016. Age 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Kurt Riegner. Mother of three chosen daughters, Laura (Edward) Fenger, Barbara (Roland) Kasper and Teresa (John) Wait. She was an aunt and grandma to many and so many friends and neighbors consisted of her "family". Shirley was cherished by many, many people. Preceded in death by her parents Richard and Myrtle Barnard, her brothers Richard and David Barnard and her step father Claude Germandson. Shirley was a teacher of many children in both public and parochial schools for over 50 years. Shirley was an artist and lover of animals. Memorial visitation SATURDAY, March 12, 2016 from 2-4 PM at the Funeral Home. Memorial service at 4 PM. Private interment at Boyd Cemetery in Oshkosh Wisconsin.
