Scott P. Hanson

Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Age 62 years. Beloved husband of the late Christine Hanson. Loving son and friend of Beverly and the late Ralph Hanson. Cherished brother of D'Ann (Bob) Gosline. Adored uncle of Sean Gosline and Danielle Gosline; Hector Trevino. Dear brother-in-law of Cheryl (Patrick) Bishop. Dearest cousin of Sherry (Jeff) Lemberger. Further survived by other family members and friends.

Scott was born and raised in Milwaukee and was a graduate of Bay View High School. He worked for over 40 years at Milwaukee Plate Glass. Throughout his life he enjoyed spending time outside, especially at the family cabin on Beecher Lake in the town of Beecher. He was an excellent woodworker and took exceptional care and pride in his home, yard and mom's home as well.

He will be remembered for the devoted care he gave his wife, Christine, and for the loving friendship he shared with his mom. He will also be remembered for his love of his pets and all of God's creatures.

Memorial Visitation Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 4-6 PM at Messiah Ev. Lutheran Church, 2015 East Fernwood Ave. Milwaukee. Memorial Service at 6 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Scott's name may be made to Messiah Ev. Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
