Scott Friedl, 67, of Milwaukee, WI, passed away suddenly on May 30th, 2021, surrounded by loved ones. Preceded in death by his beloved mother Margaret Watson, sister Peggy Kasprzyk, and nephew Richard Janusz. Former husband and cherished friend of Elaine Friedl. Loving father of Sarah (Ken) Ludwig, Jonathan (Emeli) Friedl, and Rob Lembke. Adoring grandfather to Genesis, Isaac, Ezra, and Jameson. Proud godfather of Erica Severson. Brother of Michael (Marcie) Friedl, Gaye George, Laura (Gilbert) Millholland, and Julie (Donald) Severson. Further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Scott was born on April 16th, 1954 in Oakland, CA. Scott enlisted in the United States Army but after a tragic accident he suffered tremendous injuries that prohibited him from continuing in the service. Scott had a great sense of humor and one of his punch lines you would always hear was "Such jazz!" He left his family with as many stories and memories that could fill up a book. He loved his family immensely, especially his children and grandchildren. He was extremely generous, kindhearted and will forever be missed. There will be a private family celebration of life in lieu of funeral visitation. Burial services will be 6/23/21 at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Disabled American Veterans.
