Samuel Tyree Kubiak

Passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 20, 2023. Age 27 years. Loving son of Marlene and the late Ronald Kubiak. Cherished brother of Paul (Maria) Kubiak, Melissa (Jeremy) Gutkowski, Sara Kubiak, Michael (Tanya) Kubiak, Laura Kubiak, Nathan Kubiak, Mya Kubiak and Matavis Kubiak. Dear uncle of Colin (Summer) Kubiak and Jayden Kubiak. Great uncle of Kai Kubiak. Sam is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family members and friends.

Visitation at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 5-7 PM. Funeral Service at 7 PM. Interment Thursday, at 10:30AM at Good Hope Cemetery.

Sam was a 2015 graduate of Oak Creek High School, where he was a member of the Cross Country and Track and Field Team. Throughout his life Sam enjoyed watching his favorite Wisconsin Sports teams, the Bucks, Brewers and Packers and was an avid baseball card collector. He had a great work ethic and enjoyed taking care of the yard at the family home. Sam will always be remembered for his huge heart, kind soul and his radiant smile.
