Sally Mae Erickson went Home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 7, 2020, after a very courageous battle with T-cell lymphoma. Long time loving companion of Carey Walkowiak. Dear sister of Neil, Greg, Peggy (Greg) Nyboe, and the late Lee. Cherished Aunt of Trisha. Best friend and cousin of Patty (Chuck) Sneesby for 61 years. Predeceased by her parents, James Erickson, and Patricia Turini. Sally will be sadly missed by so many people: family, long time friends that are as close as family, new friends that she met everywhere she went, and the children. Children always loved being around Sally. She was a warm, loving, kind, and generous person. A special thank you to the very kind nurses, and doctors who cared for Sally. She made an impact on everyone she met, such as Nancy, the CICU nurse who brought Sally strawberries and a big heart shaped rice crispy treat, just because Sally wanted a strawberry! As Sally did not like funerals, a party celebrating her life will be held at a date to be determined later.
