Passed away peacefully, Sunday, February 10, 2019 at the age of 80. Loving companion of the late Darlene A. Bourgeois. Dear dad of Kelly (Lawrence O.D.) Dawson, Russell (Karen) Mauger III, and Cory (Mike Bronersky) Mauger. Proud grandpa of Shannon, Tyler, Jamey, Noah, Sarah, and the late Caleb. Very close friend to Cliff and Patty Salawater. Russell and Darlene will be laid to rest together on Friday, May 17, 2019, 11:00 AM at Forest Home Cemetery, 2405 West Forest Home Avenue, Milwaukee. Military Honors will be presented to honor Russell's service to his country. Please meet at the cemetery office at 10:45 AM. Roscoe was a proud US Navy Veteran.
