With a heart full of love and a spirit that embraced life's pleasures, Rose Bolden, 87, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on December 27, 2024. Born on April 6, 1937, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Rose brought joy to those around her with her zest for life and her incredible talent in the kitchen.

Rose dedicated her career to the food service industry, where her passion for cooking shone brightly. She loved nothing more than preparing meals that brought family and friends together. An avid food enthusiast, she delighted in discovering new restaurants, always in search of the perfect dish and the perfect atmosphere. Her culinary adventures were complemented by her cherished experiences in music and opera, where she found inspiration and joy. Travel was a beloved pastime for Rose, as she often embraced new destinations with an open heart, ready to explore the world.

Family was at the core of Rose's life. She cherished the moments spent with her loved ones, understanding the significance of nurturing relationships. Rose is survived by her devoted spouse, Robert Boehme, who shared in her love for life and adventure; her step-children, LuAnn Doyle, Elizabeth Boehme, and Michael Boehme; and her nephews, James R. Gavin and Jerry D. Gavin. She is preceded in death by her mother, Pauline Bogoslavski, whose influence shaped her into the remarkable woman she became; her siblings, Andrew Joneth, Peter Joneth, Vera Gavin, and Nellie Balistrei.
