He is preceded in death by his sister Joyce (the late Stanley Wallace "Jim') James and his brother Joseph (Elizabeth) Garber. Roger is further survived by many loving nieces and nephews, other family members and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 9-11 AM. Funeral Services at 11 AM. Interment and military honors to follow at Arlington Park Cemetery. Roger was a World War II veteran proudly served his country in the U.S. and was a retiree of the Milwaukee County Parks System.
