Died peacefully on Saturday, January 27, 2007. Age 67 years. Beloved husband for 46 years of Karla (nee Buth). Loving father of Tim and Elizabeth Vokes, Leslie and David Heil and Susan and Mark Buckley. Cherished grandpa of Ryan, Adam, Tim, Alexandra, Brittany, Samantha and Sasha. Dear brother of James (Rosemarie) Vokes, Gary (Betty) Vokes, Ron (Lynn) Vokes and the late Dick (Kim) Vokes. Dear brother-in-law of Barbara (Paul) Buchwald. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, friends and his dog Fred. There will be a memorial visitation on Fri. February 2, 2007 from10 AM – 11:30 AM at UNITY EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1025 E. Oklahoma Ave. Memorial Service at 11:30 AM. Interment to follow at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove, WI. Bob was a retiree of Milwaukee Cylinder after 28 years of service.
