Robert R. "Coach/Slicer" Szukalski was born on July 21, 1952, in Milwaukee, WI. After 73 wonderful years filled with love, laughter, and plenty of sports, he found peace on April 18, 2026. He is now reunited with the love of his life, Joanne "Jodi" (nee Koszuta).

Bob, a longtime mason and proud retiree of the Ladish Company after over 40 years, was a true "Southsider" at heart. His life revolved around his family, and he cherished every moment spent with his daughter Jennifer and his sons, Robert (Jenny) and Ryan (Kim). He was a dedicated grandpa to Jordyn, Lindsay, Kurie, Brooke, Aubrey, and Makenzie Szukalski, and a proud great-grandpa to Xander.

An avid sports fan, Bob loved bowling, golfing and coaching softball. His unique sense of humor brought joy to everyone around him, and he will be sorely missed by his siblings Diane (Dale) Manthei, Randy (Janet), Russ, and Rory (Mary) Szukalski, Deb (Mike) Zmudzinski, Richard (Angie) Szukalski, Dale and Darlene, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends whose lives he touched.

Visitation on Friday, April 24, 2026, 4:00-7:00 PM at Prasser-Kleczka Funeral Home, 3275 S. Howell Avenue, Funeral Service at 7:00 PM. Private interment at Forest Home Cemetery.
