Spending time with family was Bob's greatest joy. Bob and June recently celebrated 55 years of marriage. Annual family vacations Up North to the cabin and fishing trips made countless family memories. Bob and June hosted the best family Thanksgiving celebration for more than 50 years!
Bob was a Vietnam Veteran that served in the Army. Bob worked hard as a Dock Worker at Advance Transportation and was a proud member of Teamsters Local 200. He spent his retirement enjoying mowing and watering the lawn, gardening, new cars and watching sports. Bob was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish in St. Francis for over 40 years. He spent many years as President of the Sacred Heart Athletic Association as well as coaching boys basketball. Generosity and faith shaped his life.
Bob was a true Wisconsin Sports Fanatic. His love of the Brewers, Badgers and Packers was unwavering. His bobblehead, autograph and sports picture collection is rivaled by few. Bob never missed a game where you could hear him cheering, grumbling and coaching a victory from his living room.
