Passed away peacefully at his home in Los Angeles on March 1, 2009. He was 84 years old. Robert was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his Bachelors degree from Harvard University with the Class of 1945 and received a Masters and PhD from California Institute of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering. He lived in the Los Angeles area since 1948 and worked for over 30 years at Hughes Aircraft Company as an Engineer and Parametric Cost Estimator before retiring in 1989. He was preceded in death by his wife Eunice in 1998. He is survived by his sister Loretta (the late James) Wegner, daughter Carol, son John and his wife Cathy, and three grandchildren Christina, Katie, and Matthew. He loved the Church and has found his resting place in the Lord's Hands.
