Passed away onSaturday, July 17, 2004 age 83 years. Beloved husband of the late Bette (nee Sugden). Dear father of Bonnie Evenson, Ginger (Tom) Van Handel, Cathy (Rai) Wenz, Susan, the late James, William (Kathy) and Michael (Jean) Burns. Loving grandfather of Mark Evenson, Tim (Tina), Carrie and Angie Van Handel, Andy Wenz, Graham, Maggie, Molly, Jaymes and Krista Burns. Fond brother of George (Eloise) Burns. Preceded in death by 3 sisters and 4 brothers. Further survived by other family, friends and very special friend Joan Kuhlthau. Visitation at the Funeral Home THUR 4-8 PM. Eulogy Service at 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial FRI 10:30 AM at SACRED HEART OF JESUS CHURCH 3635 So. Kinnickinnic Ave. (please meet at church at 10:20 AM) Entombment with military honors at St. Adalbert Cemetery. Bob was involved in the trucking industry in Wisconsin and Minnesota for over 35 years and proudly served as Chief Pharmacists Mate in the US Navy veteran during World War II. Bob shared and touched many hearts with his gift of song for many years at various nursing homes, civic events, weddings, funerals and social gatherings.
