Of Cudahy, Wisconsin. Robert was born on October 8, 1927. He went home to be with his wife of 61 years Sarah (nee Albano) on Monday, December 14, 2015. Age 88 years. He was the son of the late Martha (nee Ruby) and George Bergeon. Brother of the late Shirley (Hank) Feliniak. Loving dad of Gary Bergeon, Judy Parsons, Diana (Keith) Gressle and Christine (Patrick) Corcoran. Proud grandpa of Lindsay Ann Corcoran. Also survived by other relatives, friends, and most recent cribbage buddy Steve Parsons. A lifetime resident of Wisconsin, Bob graduated from Boys Tech and later served in the Army from 1950-1954. After returning from the military, he continued working as a pressman for Milprint Inc. in Milwaukee. Bob was always a supporter of unions, and served as a President of AFL-CIO United Paperworkers Local 356. Bob retired after 40 years in 1986 at the age of 59, which left a lot of his time for part-time bartending jobs and also working at the local Pick N' Save. Visitation at the Funeral Home MONDAY, December 21, 2015 from 4:00-6:00 PM. Funeral Services at 6:00 PM. Interment Tuesday 12 PM at Southern Wisconsin Veteran's Memorial Cemetery. (Please meet directly at the Park and Ride at 11:30 AM on Hwy 20 just West of I94, for the procession to the cemetery.)
