Loving mother of Anton IV (Marie) Kusy of Wauwatosa; Catherine (Brian) Korn of Waterford; David Kusy of Greenfield; and Gary (Linda) of Caledonia. Preceded in death by her parents Frank and Catherine (Sikora) Chmielewski and granddaughter Kristine Marie Kusy. Loved sister of Carl (Shirley) and Gordon (Ellen) Chmielewski. Proud grandmother of Jackie (Joe) Urban, Sarah Korn, Scott (Molly) Nigl of El Cajon, CA., and Anne and Anton V (T.J.) Kusy. Doting Great-Grandmother of Sienna Urban. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Her true pride and joy in life was her family and her dog Coffee. She will be deeply missed by her family and all whose lives she touched.
