Found peace on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, age 66 years. Loving father of Jason Miller and Casey (Alejandro) Narvaez. Beloved brother of Marilynn (the late Ronald) Quandt and Suzy (Joe Corrao) Miller. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Richard enjoyed playing cribbage and was a a big Green Bay Packer fan.
