Spangler, Richard (Rick) E. Jr. "Mr. Bay View" Born September 22, 1947 to Richard E. Spangler Sr. and Dolores (nee Puder) passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Rick is survived by his father Richard Sr. and Lois Spangler. Siblings Kurt (Sherry) Spangler, Gail (Lee) Krecklow, Robin (Nancy) Spangler and Gwen (John Berg) Spangler. Step sisters Jane Eberhardt and Susan Prentice. Further survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his mother Dolores. Rick was a veteran of the USAF and employed by Klement's Sausage. Funeral Visitation SUNDAY, February 14, 2016 from 4-7 at the Funeral Home. Funeral Service at 7 PM. Interment MONDAY 10 AM, at Woodlawn Cemetery, 614 E. Howard Ave. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
