Meagher, Richard F. "Dick" Found peace on Friday, July 1, 2022, age 86 years. Husband of the late Charlotte (nee Seibel). Loving father of Michele (Francisco) Reyes and Samantha Meagher. Beloved grandfather to Olivia Reyes. Dear brother of Patricia Meagher. Preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Robert (Janice) and Thomas Meagher. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren, other family and friends. Richard was a United States Coast Guard veteran, a retiree of MMSD and a member of Immaculate Conception Church.
