Richard "Dick" Jalowiec, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, born on November 7, 1945, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2025.

Dick was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years, Joanne Jalowiec. He is lovingly remembered by his two daughters, Tina Jalowiec and Karen (Daniel) Dornak; his cherished grandchildren, Trinity Jackson and Joseph Dornak; and countless other family members and friends.

A proud veteran, Dick served in the United States Navy from 1962 to 1966. After his military service, he dedicated his career to the United States Postal Service, retiring in 2000 after many years as a mail carrier and supervisor at several branches in Milwaukee. He then worked as a security officer at St. Francis Hospital until retiring again in 2010.

Dick found great joy in spending time with his family and tending to his yard, especially nurturing his prized tomato plants. He also enjoyed relaxing with movies on the Hallmark Channel and reading westerns and history books.
