Richard "Dick" Domino, age 90, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026.
Richard was a devoted husband of 57 years to the late Joanne (nee Kohnke). He was the loving father of the late Michael (Mary) Domino and Lynn (Mark) O'Dell. Cherished grandfather of Christina (Jorge) Contreras, Anthony Domino, Katie (Ryan) Freitag, the late Laura Domino-Kim, Stephanie O'Dell, Meghan O'Dell, and Kevin (Nicole) O'Dell and proud great-grandfather of Michael, Gabriella, Max, Andrew, Ethan, and Abbey. Loving Cat Grandpa to Bubbles.
Richard attended Boys Tech High School. After high school, he joined the Naval Reserve. He worked for Ladish Co. for over 40 years. He always had a "side gig" as a driver, whether it be a school bus, MSOE student shuttle, hotel shuttle, or Private Casino Shuttle for his wife Joanne. In his younger years, he enjoyed spending time bowling, golfing and playing softball, along with the friendships and memories that came with those activities. He could always be found at his grand- and great-grandkids' sporting events or celebrations. Richard enjoyed any time spent together with family.
Memorial Visitation Tuesday, June 30, 2026 from 9AM to 11AM at THE CHURCH OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION, 1023 E. Russell Ave.. Mass of Christian Burial to follow, at 11AM. Inurnment at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Dr. Thomas Brand and the staff at the Aurora Bay View clinic, caregiver Jann, the Oak Ridge Care Center staff and Aurora Hospice for the exceptional care and compassion they provided Richard.
Memorials, if so desired, may be made to Wisconsin Humane Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
