Born into Eternal Life on October 5, 2022 at the age of 83. Loving Father of

Cari (Scott) Nissen, Christine (Steven) Krueger and Rick (Joanne). Loving

Grandpa of Josh (Summer), Eric, and Chad (Melissa) Nissen and Lindsey

(Kurt) Ziarnik and Brad Krueger. Dear great-grandpa of Luke; Zachary and

Aubrey; Carson and Hannah. Loving brother of Bob (Sandy) Czubek and

Ron (Joanne) Czubek. Dear brother-in-law of John (Kathy) Germanson,

Frank (Lynn) Germanson, Gene Miller, and Debbie Germanson. Richard is

preceded in death by his wife Judith (nee Germanson) parents, Stanley

and Martha Czubek, sister, Carmella, brothers-in-law Milton, Bob and Jim,

sisters-in-law Ann, Nancy, Kathy and Tina. Further survived by nieces,

nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rich spent the majority of his career as a Design Engineer where he

created intricate, stamped parts that were used in various manufacturing

processes. Later in his career he managed a team of Engineers at KMC

Stampings eventually retiring in 2000. He owns a US Patent for the

invention of the "Self-Locking Twist Pin." He was known as a kind and

generous man with a quick wit and dry sense of humor who cherished time

with his family. He enjoyed woodworking, creating many beautiful furniture

pieces for family members, traveling with his wife Judy and playing golf with

family and friends. He was always there to lend a hand to those in

need, especially when something needed to be fixed. He will be deeply

missed.

Visitation at the Funeral Home Monday, October 10, 2022 from 10:00 AM -

12:00 PM. Funeral service at 12:00 PM. Interment to follow at Woodlawn

Cemetery. Memorials to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital are

appreciated.
